Parts got delivered while I was at work a few days ago. Finally got home today from my apartment (girlfriend came to visit and gave me a ride home). 2 hours later and the SV has a new headlight, shifter and rear brake lever. Big shoutout to Babbits Suzuki Partshouse for the quick turnaround on the order. We are talking 3 or 4 days door to door and the order was placed on a Sunday. I’ll be able to get a few more weeks out of the riding season before I put her away for the winter.

get yourself a folding gear shift. would have helped prevent that

Gear shift was broken by the prior owner. I went down on the right side. My gear shift up until now was a bolt wrapped in electrical tape so I figured I’d replace it while doing the brake
